Shannon Keel
Vice President & General Manager

Keel is the general manager and vice president of Golden Casino Group.

Keel joined Golden Gaming, Inc. in October 2006 and had served as director of operations at the casinos for nearly three years and then as assistant general manager.

Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Inc., Keel worked with the Hyatt Regency Hotel group in Lake Tahoe, Nev. and Chicago. While in Chicago, Keel was promoted to assistant front office manager where she managed a staff of 30 including scheduling and payroll, managed daily room inventory, assisted VIP’s, and handled guest complaints and concierge needs. Upon moving to the Lake Tahoe location, Keel ran daily operation of casino services, created and implemented a player host program and remolded casino services office to create a higher level of VIP ambiance.

Keel attended California State University, Long Beach where she received a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing.

Ross Gdovin
Assistant General Manager

Ross Gdovin is Assistant General Manager for Golden Gaming, Inc.'s Colorado casino division, Golden Casino Group, in Black Hawk, Colorado. Gdovin assists the general manager in overseeing operations for the company's three casinos in Colorado: Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates, and Golden Gulch. In addition, Gdovin oversees marketing responsibilities for the three properties.

Gdovin joined Golden Gaming in 2003 as a slot analyst. From 2005 to 2011, he served as Director of Database Marketing and oversaw the marketing and research operations for PT's Entertainment Group throughout Nevada.

Prior to working with Golden Gaming, Gdovin served as Actuarial Analyst for Aon Consulting, Inc. and Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company located in Pennsylvania.

Gdovin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania in 1999.

Frank Leeper
Director of Slots

Frank Leeper is slot operations director for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. He joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the slot department for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch.  Leeper’s duties include recognizing, purchasing and installing the latest slot products, manage slot department personnel and work closely with property guests to ensure a pleasurable, high quality gaming experience.

Leeper has more than 17 years in the gaming industry, specializing primarily in slot operations. He has worked in Las Vegas at both the Fitzgerald’s and Venetian casinos, in Pala, Calif., for the Pala Band of Mission Indians, as well as held many positions within the gaming division of Hyatt Gaming Management, where he worked in Indiana, Nevada and Aruba.

Leeper’s previous gaming experience includes serving as a senior casino executive with Hyatt Gaming Management, Inc., in various positions including general manager, director of slot operations, corporate consultant and associate director of slot operations.  Leeper also served as a casino operations consultant as the owner and operator of Leeper Gaming Consultant, LLC. 

In his spare time, Leeper enjoys golfing, hiking and camping. He also volunteers in fundraising efforts for the non-profit Max of a Million Dreams Foundation for Cancer Research, ran by a close family friend who lost a son to cancer.

Leeper received a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and recreational management from Pennsylvania State University, with specialized studies in casino operations at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.

Lori Jaremba
Controller

Lori Jaremba is controller for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. She joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for all accounting functions, the casino cage and money drop teams for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch. She also works with the audit department and on financial statements

Jaremba has worked in gaming accounting for more than 13 years. Starting in Central City, Colo., she started her gaming experience as an accounts payable supervisor before moving over to audit where she served as a general ledger accountant for food and beverage, gift retail, and hotel audits. From there Jaremba served as an accounting manager and assistant controller during Isle of Capri’s acquisition of then Colorado Central Station Casino.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Jaremba worked as accounting manager for Isle of Capri in Black Hawk where her main responsibility was financial statements for the property.

In her spare time, Jaremba enjoys watching sports. Born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Jaremba is an avid Cubs and Bears fan, but defers to Kansas when she watches basketball.

Jaremba received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. She also is a licensed certified public accountant.

Natalie Mantilla
Director of Human Resources

Natalie Mantilla is human resources director for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. She joined the company in 2009 and oversees the human resources programs, services, policies and procedures for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch.

Mantilla has more than five years of human resources experience throughout the state of Colorado. Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Mantilla was a human resources generalist and benefits coordinator for the Riviera Black Hawk Casino. There she assisted employees and the public with human resources information along with interpretation of policies, procedures, systems and processes, as well as developing recruitment strategies, and training advancements and programs.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Colorado, Mantilla loves to travel, play both slow and fast pitch softball, and dance.

Mantilla is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Science Center where she received her bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in marketing.

Bradlee Gereaux
Director of Food & Beverage

Bradlee Gereaux is food and beverage director for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. He joined the company in 2009 and he directs all food operations for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch. His responsibilities include food operations at Café on 3, Lucky’s, Full House Café and all properties’ snack bars, as well as beverage outlets including Jesters Bar, Masquerade Bar, Gold Bar and Gulch Bar. Gereaux is also responsible for the 107 member Golden Casino Group food and beverage team.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Gereaux served as director of operations for Innteractiv Media, a Denver-based multimedia firm.  He also spent time as the vice president of sales and marketing for PromoDirect, a local start-up promotions company in Littleton, Colo.  Gereaux earned his dining experience as the executive sous chef for eight years with Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse located in Greenwood Village, Colo.  Gereaux also was instrumental in opening Del Frisco’s three newest locations in New York, Las Vegas and Orlando.

Gereaux loves sports and in his spare time is an avid golfer and fisherman. He also enjoys coaching and playing softball. His favorite teams are the Denver Broncos, St. Louis Cardinals and CU Buffs. When not involved in sports, Gereaux enjoys traveling to some of his favorite destinations including Hawaii, Costa Rica and the U.S. Virgin Islands where he hopes to someday retire.

Kevin Joyce
Director of Security

Kevin Joyce is senior director of Security for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. He joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for all security issues and personnel, as well as oversees all managers on duty for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch.

Joyce served as a Marine during Vietnam and then enlisted in the Army where he spent 18 years before retiring at the rank of captain. Living in Black Hawk when limited gaming was established in 1991, he seized the opportunity to start a new profession in the casino industry. Joyce started his gaming career in slots at the start of Colorado gaming before finding a home in security, where he had a natural predisposition from his former military career.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Joyce worked as security director for The Lodge casino where he oversaw all security issues for the gaming property. Prior to that, he was security manager for the Hyatt Black Hawk Casino, now the Ameristar Casino.

In his spare time, Joyce grows flowers and vegetables, paints watercolors and acrylics, watches baseball, and spends time with his wife and two children.

 Joyce received Bachelor of Science degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Rhonda Craig
Cage Manager

Rhonda Craig is cage manager for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. She joined the company in 2000 and is responsible for managing cage functions including all drops and counts of cage funds, leading cage cashiers and supervisors, and supporting slot manager on duty functions.

Craig has worked in Colorado gaming since 1993. She has worked in many cage operations positions including cashier, supervisor and now as cage manager. One of her early positions as a cage cashier was for the Jazz Alley Casino, now known as Golden Gulch and part of the Golden Casino Group.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Craig worked as a cage supervisor for the Colorado Central Casino, now known as Lady Luck Casino, where she administered cage functions including money drops and counts, as well as supervised cage cashiers.

Craig is happily married to her best friend and spends most of her free time with her nine grandchildren. She enjoys riding her motorcycle and watching her husband race dirt-track stock cars.

Joey Macaluso
Poker Manager

Joey Macaluso is poker manager for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. He joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for all poker room operations for the company’s Golden Gates casino.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Macaluso worked as a poker supervisor for Ameristar Casino for eight years. He then joined Golden Gates to assist in the opening of the property’s new poker room and is responsible for running Colorado’ largest nationally televised poker tournament, The Heartland Poker Tour, which started in 2007.

Before his career in gaming, Macaluso worked in a family-run automotive business where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the repair and customer service departments.

In his spare time Joey enjoys spending time with his son, golfing and traveling.

Isabelle Rosas
Housekeeping Manager

Isabelle Rosas is housekeeping manager for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. She joined the company in 2004 and is oversees all housekeeping department functions for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch, including employee scheduling and training, managing supplies and directing staff as appropriate

Rosas has worked in the Colorado gaming industry since 1996 when she moved to Black Hawk. Before gaming, Rosas she ran her own in-home day care business.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Rosas worked as housekeeping manager for Colorado Central Station for seven years where she was responsible for the casino housekeeping department.

Rosas enjoys watching her grandchildren play soccer, camping and fishing, and watching Denver Broncos football.

Kim Tran
Internal Compliance Officer

Kim Tran is internal compliance officer for Golden Casino Group in Black Hawk, Colo. She joined the company in 2007 and oversees all compliance aspects for the company’s three casinos - Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch, by evaluating all gaming related systems of internal control, operating processes and any other functions as needed.

Prior to joining Golden Casino Group, Tran worked as assistant compliance officer for Riviera Black Hawk Casino where she was responsible for developing department-specific policies and procedures, and performing Sarbanes-Oxley audits, as well as operational analysis and internal compliance audits.

In her spare time, Tran enjoys interior design, music, dining out and travel.

Tran received a Bachelor of Science in finance and risk management from Sacramento State University.
